As a long established family run business, Barwick has always considered its people to be its most important asset and strength.

We currently directly employ over 150 people in our team, employed across a wide variety of areas, from Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers to specialist tradesman.

It is our people who have created our success, and we believe they will continue to do so. We therefore offer a wide range of training, development and learning opportunities.

Members of our team are currently studying for a variety of qualifications including:

-       Contract Managers working towards Construction Contract Management level 5

-       Site staff enrolled on CIOB level 4 Certificate in Site Management

-       Surveyor reading for a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration

-       All Site Managers and Management Trainees studying for IOSH qualification.
